I know I said this would be monthly, but I have too many tabs open not to share. So how about a big monthly drop, plus some randomness when the mood strikes?? A format that is a representation of my essence - a rigid and analytical Virgo who craves spontaneity and rebellion.
ANYWAY, a few things that made me do a double-take this week:

I don’t know what led me down a tissue box rabbit hole, but there I was. Bringing intent to my tissue box curation brought me a newfound feeling of satisfaction. I purchased the far left (red and white stripe) from Alice Palmer Co. (a version I originally discovered through The Millennial Decorator), and it brings a level of elevation to the top of my toilet seat. The middle and far right options from Etsy also evoke a Nancy Meyers nostalgia.
In the same vein as the tissue boxes, baskets have become an obsession of mine. Mostly because I am always looking for a somewhat-chic strategy for hiding toddler toys. These baskets are great, and work perfectly in a city apartment living room where said toys need an abode. Match your baskets with this knit throw and this contemporary coat rack that will immediately make your entry way feel organized and…who has another word for chic?
The October G. Label by goop collection could just be my favorite to-date. Cozy knits, leather, and sophisticated belts. If you haven’t invested in a G. Label piece yet, I highly suggest the Cloud Crewneck. It was my personal purchase from the collection, and it has a uniqueness to it compared to other fall sweaters on the market right now. Pair with a great pair of jeans and a ballet flat (these for less). I also saw Dani Michelle did a collab with Joes Jeans - I was immediately drawn to the Elizabeth Trench as my search for the perfect trench continues (it reminds me of this). Lastly, I keep coming back to this pinot tote for my coffee shop work days (though I saw someone with this version the other day, which achieves a similar look).
My fall sneaker collection keeps growing, however in my defense my drop off route includes a climb up into the hills of Beacon Hill, so sneakers it is. I wear New Balance frequently, and these are ones I keep gravitating towards. These chocolate suede sneakers (they also have in red, which seems to have more sizes) match my new oversized brown jacket. Lastly, I saw these on a friend and they are just a great closet staple (red is a neutral). Sizes fly, but I also love the beige. A few more for you if sneakers are a must for you as well: another red gazelle, intrigued by Solamon, my go-to workout sneaker, or another New Balance option).
That’s all for now! x
